About this data
Is this information public?
Yes. Award notices naming the successful bidder and the accepted value are published by the buyer after financial opening. Avsar compiles those published notices, nothing here comes from private records, and no bidder submits anything to appear on this page.
How do I use competitor data when bidding?
Two ways. First, concentration: if three names take most of a buyer’s awards, there is an incumbent and your realistic entry is a package they are not already executing. Second, pricing: a firm that averages −18% is buying work, and matching that is a decision about your margin, not about eligibility.
My company name is listed incorrectly
Names appear exactly as the buyer published them, so spelling variants of the same firm can appear separately. Write to us and we will merge the variants and correct the record.
Know which of these you can actually win
Avsar reads the tender document, checks the field you are bidding into against your turnover, completed work and certificates, and tells you whether to bid, citing the clause it read. Free to search.
Avsar never submits a bid for you and never asks for your digital signature certificate.
