Is search really free?
Yes, permanently. Discovery across every portal we index costs nothing and needs no card. We charge for the analysis layer, eligibility checking, award intelligence and treasury, because that is what takes work off your desk.
What counts as an eligibility check?
One tender analysed end to end: every criterion in the notice extracted, checked against your Company DNA, and returned with the clause and page it came from plus what to fix. Re-running the same tender after you update your profile does not count again.
Do you take a commission on tenders we win?
No. There is no success fee and no commission. A flat subscription is the only thing you pay, so our advice to skip a tender costs us nothing, which is what makes it worth listening to.
Will Avsar submit bids for us?
Never. Submission on a government portal requires a digital signature certificate issued to your authorised signatory. We do not ask for it, store it, or use it. Avsar prepares the pack and hands you a checklist; the upload is yours.
Can we cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly billing, cancel from the settings page, no notice period. Your document vault and bid history stay exportable for 90 days after cancellation.
Is GST included?
Prices are exclusive of GST. A tax invoice is issued against your GSTIN, so the GST is available as input credit.
