Open calculatorQuestions
Are these tender calculators free?
Yes, all of them, with no sign-up. Every calculation runs in your browser, so the figures you enter are never sent to a server or stored anywhere.
Where do the default percentages come from?
They are starting points, not fixed rates. EMD percentages, retention, TDS, guarantee commission and liquidated damages rates all vary by department and by contract, so every one of them is an input you should replace with the figure from your own notice or contract.
Which figures in these tools are statutory rather than variable?
The EMD and tender fee exemption for micro and small enterprises comes from the Public Procurement Policy for Micro and Small Enterprises 2012 and is not at the buyer’s discretion. MSME classification thresholds are those notified under the MSMED Act. Everything else on these pages varies by tender and is treated as an input.
Do I need an account to use them?
No. The calculators are open. An Avsar account is for the parts that need your company record: checking eligibility against a specific tender, tracking EMD refunds, and following the tenders you are bidding on.
The calculators tell you the number. Avsar tells you whether to bid.
These work out one figure at a time from what you type. Avsar reads the actual tender document, checks every eligibility clause against your company record, and cites the clause and page it read.
