Bidding on Punjab tenders
How many government tenders are open in Punjab right now?
28 tenders are live in Punjab as of today, worth about ₹0 in published estimated value. The count updates as notices are published and as bids close.
Which portal publishes Punjab government tenders?
Punjab state departments publish primarily on Punjab e-Procurement. Central ministries and PSUs operating in Punjab publish on GeM and the Central Public Procurement Portal. Avsar indexes all of them in one place.
Do I need to be registered in Punjab to bid?
Most Punjab tenders are open to bidders registered anywhere in India, though some works tenders require state PWD registration of the appropriate class. The eligibility clause in each notice says which. Avsar reads that clause and tells you whether your registrations qualify.
Is EMD refundable on Punjab tenders?
Yes. Earnest money is refunded to unsuccessful bidders after the financial bids are opened, and to the successful bidder once the performance guarantee is furnished. MSEs registered on Udyam are exempt from EMD altogether under the Public Procurement Policy for MSEs 2012.
Know which of these you can actually win
Avsar reads the tender document, checks every Punjab notice against your turnover, completed work and certificates, and tells you whether to bid, citing the clause it read. Free to search.
Avsar never submits a bid for you and never asks for your digital signature certificate.
