Which portal publishes Tamil Nadu government tenders?
Tamil Nadu state departments publish primarily on Tamil Nadu Tenders. Central ministries and PSUs operating in Tamil Nadu publish on GeM and the Central Public Procurement Portal. Avsar indexes all of them in one place.
Do I need to be registered in Tamil Nadu to bid?

Is EMD refundable on Tamil Nadu tenders?
